I have a vibration feeling in my left side groin area that will not stop for a week now, was just here and there and now it’s almost every second that it happens. Feels like a cell phone on vibrate however I don’t have a cell phone in my pocket. What is this!!? Feels like something is going to rupture.

Know idea what it might be. Not something I’d ignore. If you’re in the UK I’d ring 111.

How do you exercise the muscles in this area? Also, are you a regular bike rider?

Twitching muscles may be either from nerve damage or nerve repair. Are you due your next injection? I presume you are on B12 injections.

Is it wind / gas ( i.e. deeper) or is it on the surface (i.e. skin, localized shiver)?

I don’t take injections. I don’t ride bikes. Deeper inside, can’t feel it on from the surface. Not wind or gas. I’m not on B12

Hi 9876....I was diagnosed last July with pernicious anaemia, the main reason I went to the doctor was I felt my whole body vibration every now and then.... It was really bad and very scary... After about 5 months on every other day injections they went... It sounds like you need more B12.... Good luck and all the best for the future ☺

Hi I get that vibration feeling throughout my entire body, even when I move my eyes. I was diagnosed with MS 4 years ago after 20-25 years of mild symptoms, then bang everything came to a head and left me completely debilitated. It was on this site I got more answers in 3 minutes than I did in years by GPS and consultants. There’s a thing call subacute complete degeneration of the spinal cord and the vibrations are one of the side effect. I take the b12 and all the vitamins recommended by these amazing people, they have helped my a great deal, but also take duloxetine 60 mg for nerve pain and these help with the vibrations. Hope this helps you get to the bottom of it.
