Folate, iron v B12D help with Blood test results

Hi! I am preparing for GP appt and need to understand my blood tests. Can anyone help read my results please? Also on my first results a small notepad icon appears which I assume is a flagging up system?... I need in particular to check Folate & Iron. What is a healthy level please?

Originally my Vit B12 was 165, Serum folate ug/L 4.1, Iron ug/L 43. After two injections of 3 mthly B12 later, blood test to check, B12 it is 583 ng/L, with Serum Folate 7.3 ug/L (3.1-19.9). I have a lot of neorogical symptoms, ataxia, dizziness and extremely low BP.

Any advice much appreciated. Thank you.

If these results are post loading doses then you need more B12 -

If you are UK based protocol would be loading 3xweekly until symptoms stop improving, followed by 2 monthly maintenance

Thank you. The blood test in image was prior to having three monthly injections prescribed. Received first, (no load Dose) then subsequently asked for more and was given a one off.
