Can someone help me with my levels please?

Serum folate 22.72 (6.60-1000.0)

B12 3258 (180-914)

Ferritin 22 (11-307)

Trying to figure out if I’m anemic and also what type of iron to take. I have Hashimotos. I use to take sublingual b12 under the tongue (1200mg). Now I just take a B-stress vitamin. Thank you!

You can’t tell if you are anaemic from those results. You need to know your haemaglobin value.

Your B12 is high, but you’ve been taking high dose tablets, so that’s not surprising.

Your ferritin is low, but not disturbingly so. What iron does your doctor recommend?

I hope you means 25 mg. if so, that sounds OK.

Yes. 25mcg😂😂. That will help to raise it? And also do you think my b-stress vitamin is enough for folate? 667 mcg folate DFE (400mcg folic acid)?

Not what you're looking for?
