I have been diagnosed with pernicious aneamia can a B12 deficiency cause COPD at all?

as far as I am aware B12 deficiency cannot cause COPD.

It is possible that B12 deficiency has symtpoms that overlap with COPD and it would be possible to have both at the same time

Hope your COPD has been appropriately diagnosed. That is, following lung function tests (and others) via referral to a respiratory consultant. If not, ask your GP for a referral to a respiratory specialist.

This is important since if you do have COPD, regular lung function tests are required to assess disease advancement and tailor treatment appropriately...and treatment is more successful if appropriately delivered in the early stages.

Like Gambit62, I've never come across (or read about) B12 deficiency being mis-diagnosed as COPD (though both can co-exist).
