As I get the same ones as you would get at your surgery I use the whole ampule. I've found this great thing on Amazon for safely snapping them open without dropping or spilling any. Highly recomend them, cost about £1 and well worth investing in one.

Only inject 1 ml (1000 mcg) to start. That sounds like a 10x dose vial.

Cyano is weekly 1ml (actually monthly per the medical guidance)

Hydroxo is monthly 1ml (actually 3 months per guidance)

That said, some people find they need 1 ml every other day.

I take 1/2 ml every third day.
