I self inject and have done for 3 years. I get my b12 ampules on prescription from my gp and get everything else from Medisave. A lot of us from uk use medisave so it's a recomeded site.

I've found it really is too Self Inject and it means that I don't have too wait for my b12 from the GP.

Hi Penni

Recently diagnosed and interested in how to go about self injecting - should I need to. You get a prescription from the docs and then buy the medication ? - sorry I haven’t a clue where to start !

Many thanks in advance
