Edit: just creating dialogue. Ty. :)

Would be cool to hear stories. Think it should help with nerves, and recovery. Not sure, but it couldnt hurt, I think.

5 glasses at least?

Just hoping it will help you.

Small things help?

Believe its helping me.

:)

Edit: dehydration probably not good

Morning, from my experience, keeping hydrated helps with some of my symptoms... I suffer with heart palpitations when my b12 is low... water helps me, and it’s thins the blood slightly- everyone seems to get slightly different symptoms so it may help you

Don't overdo water - it really can be inappropriate in excess.

This very sad story highlights that:

(How big is a glass?)

FI17. Whilst drinking water can alleviate the symptoms of dehydration, it will do nothing at all in terms of alleviating the symptoms of B12 deficiency (neurolgical symptoms included). And what a shame that is 😉.

As helvella outlines, drinking too much water can cause H2O intoxication, and this can be very dangerous indeed (people have died from it).

So thanks for the tip about dehydration, but please don't overdo it with the water.
