Is anyone knowledgeable about some of the negative physical effects of taking sublingual metylacolbamin?

People have reported nausea, anxiety and all sorts?

Have you tried taking another form of B12?

I take methyl under under tongue and I've also had a cyamlnialbamin shot recently. my symptoms include n u madness in feet, hands and elbows, dizzyness, and mood changes. The pounding in my head and chest is most worrisome along with anxiety

methyl can cause anxiety in some people.

if the cyano didn't cause the symptoms to get worse then I'd recommend trying to find some cyanocobalamin supplements instead and stop taking the methyl ... or up the frequency of the cyano shots.
