Yes! I have this so much so wedding ring doesn’t fit and I know it’s not weight related as I have been this weight for years and wedding ring always fitted fine - I wonder why this happens though? Anyone know why?

My hands are swelling. I am waiting to find out if i am deficient. Not takin any b12 yet. Are yours sqelling because of b12?

Yes I have been experiencing this in my right arm, I was wondering the same thing. It only started since I have been taking b12 sublingual pills.
