So finally got my blood results as follow:
Ferritin: 145 (expected as I take Ferrous sulphate every day for months)
Folate: 15.3
VitB12: 444, which I understand is good from a UK perspective, but a bit on the low in other places.
However;
MCV: 93.9, so in range but on the high side
MCH: 34.8 which was clearly the value that concerned me
The doctor won't consider VitB12 to be a problem, but has ordered a Protein Electrophoresis test which I understand can help diagnose different things.
Could VitB12 deficiency still be a possibility with these values?
