I had sore all down my spleen meridian points... And all the pericardium related muscles. I Bloody love all the points they tell so much and help so much. Finally got to sleep after following the meridian down my leg and going clockwise on each point ...

What he means is. Do you have nerve pains in your feet. Try squeezing excersises to help them. Or if you can't do that just wiggling them. Even if it sounds too simple to do any good try it and see if it helps. I hope everyone gets better soon. Then later he mentions squeezing and acupressure. Squeezing stimulates lots of points along your feet and those points are connected throughout your body. Acupressure and acupuncture have been shown to be effective in relieving pain. So he's suggesting that for pain you squeeze your feet even if it sounds silly because actually its got a whole story about why its not silly at all. I am assuming there is a language difficulty there.
