I'm having from 20 days.iam using vertigo related tablets suggested by my doctor as I'm having dizziness.

i donno the reason actually,i have digestion problems and i use to eat nonveg also but have deficiency.

It's important to know the reason that you have a deficiency. It could be as simple as taking a tablet to correct your deficiency. Or it could be more complicated and you might need to take other types of B12 for a longer period of time and even possibly forever. It's difficult for me to understand this B12 deficiency and English is my native language. So don't be discouraged.. I have only been on this forum for a few months and there's still so much that I don't understand. I'm in the United States and I'm getting ready to go to bed. I've been up late because I had an upset stomach. There are places on this forum that will help you determine why you have your deficiency. I'm too sleepy to say anything more. good night.
