Have you been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency? If so, do you know what the cause may be? How much B12 is there in the supplements? Are they tablets or lozenges (that go under the tongue)? What symptoms do you have?

I had 6 injections in two weeks for the first dose. But i didnt start to feel any better untill i had my 6th injection. I now have injections every 3months im not as tired until about 10 weeks after ive had it.

oral B12 in high doses can work for some people as a way of maintaining levels but you really need to start it just after your next injection.

If you have neurological symptoms then you should be on 2 monthly maintenance doses.
