Anyone tried Chai seeds they are a super food read a lot about them good for absorbs but I was more interested in the absorption of acid

3 days in a teaspoon on my cereal and already feeling the affects

How exactly do you feel the difference after taking them?

After eating I usually get a build up of acid have not done so far x

Chai seeds absorb up to 25 times their own weight in water to form a gel. I would imagine that might account for any difference.

Never swallow them dry as they can expand in the oesophagus, blocking it.

Thank you. I grind it with flax seeds and get my omega 3 from here AND now a working digestion, as it is also filled with lovely fibres.😉

Supposed to be good for us. Spelt Chia seeds. I haven’t tried them yet but they have loads of nutrients. I may have to try some. Dr Axe rates it.

Psyllium Husk is also very good for the same but I think this is the one you soak in a glass of water at night and take next day.
