Extra injection?

Hello,

I've been self-injecting every other day for a couple of months after utterly failing to get my GP to agree to treat me according to NICE guidelines.

It seemed that my symptoms of parasthesia had completely resolved - today they seem to be returning. Yesterday I had an unusually busy and stressful day, mostly on my feet, after a night of almost no sleep at all - which I'm sure wasn't helpful!

Would an extra injection today (rather than waiting until tomorrow, when it's 'due' according to the pattern I have been following) be a good/beneficial idea? What experience do others have?

Thanks.

Hi Jennylind only you know what your body needs and fortunately you cannot "overdose" on B12.

If you aren't supplementing with folic acid it would be good to have your Folate level checked as this and B12 help your iron to function properly and make red blood cells.

I'm not medically qualified but have had P.A. for more than 45 years.
