basing a response on just one result - which is in range anyway - is problematic.
as far as I am aware iron measures aren't prone to the same sort of variations that other ranges (such as thyroid hormones and B12 levels) so being in range is one indicator that you don't have an iron related anaemia.
There are lots of different types of anaemia - iron based anaemia is one - B12/folate based is another and there are a large number of other types of anaemia that aren't related to iron levels.
Hi ThyroidObsessed having thyroid problems may put you at risk of developing a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
I see you started supplementing with Vitamin B12 some 25 days ago - do you feel any benefit from doing so?
Do you have any idea what your Folate level is from your recent blood test and when was it done?
There is a complex interaction between folic acid, vitamin B12 and iron. A deficiency of one may be "masked" by excess of another so the three must always be in balance and folic acid works closely with vitamin B12 in making red blood cells and helps iron function properly in the body.
I wish you well
