I have had 2 MRI scans showing lesions on my myelin on brain and spinal cord. I have been diagnosed with MS ten yrs ago and started b12 injections 1 month ago. . Can anybody take an educated guess as to how long I will have to wait for the lesions to heal.

There have been several case studies I've personally come across which show normal MRIs upon followup. I want to say somewhere in the 6 month - 2 year range if I remember correctly. I get a lot of my info to show my doctor from the National Institutes of Health. You can get Google to search only their website in results and then try different search terms to find what you want to know more about. Try this search for example: google.com/search?q=site%3A...
I've also come across many B12 deficient individuals who also report being found vitamin D deficient. You might want to check into that if you haven't already. There's a doctor in Brazil that uses high dose vitamin D to treat his MS patients with very good results. They call it the Coimbra Protocol. Don't try it own your own as it requires frequent monitoring and a very restrictive diet to keep your calcium levels in check. That being said, the same doctor advises people that D3 10,000IU daily is perfectly safe without any dietary restrictions. There is also recent research that now supports his treatment. I'll leave a few links for you to check out below.
