I'm self injecting evert other day, take b6, b complex, magnesium, folate and APT fuel and all I do is sleep. Anyone else? My main complaint is an inability to walk or talk above a whisper. Thanks.

Perhaps you are "healing" whilst you sleep - I do hope so Blinkysmom
Have you been tested for sleep apnoea? It results in daytime sleepiness which can be very debilitating
How much B6 are you taking? You really need to be careful with that, as too much will cause toxicity
