Wow! Casper26 that looks nasty. Has your doctor actually said that it is caused by a Vitamin B12 deficiency?
I'm not a medically trained person so cannot advise you but hopefully there are others on here who will be able to help.
Do you know what your Folate level is as this works with B12 and your iron.

B12 deficiency can cause skin problems.
This looks to me like purpura, although difficult to tell in photo. It's where small blood vessels burst under the skin, a bit like a normal bruise. There is something called senile purpura (I know, not very nice name) which occurs in the elderly, completely normal, as they can bruise easy, with very little trauma. But if you are not elderly, mention it to your doctor.
