Has anyone done any reading on using lithium supplement for B12 transport into the cell, thereby lowering B12 blood serum?

I've come across this before. It's another of those baseless guesses by the MTHFR evangelists

my only experience of lithium was endless blood tests as it can be toxic. I was given it as at one point it was thought that I might be bipolar - but it had no effect ... though role on 35 years and taking B12 did help.
