Has anybody reading this been involved with getting vitamin B12 injections from the b12d website run by DrChany? I know that it is a charity and you need to donate but I am just wondering whether or not I will ever get B12 from this source

I think it's quite difficult . I've never managed it . I get mine from a very good online pharmacy in Germany . Google " versandapo.de in English " and you get straight through to the website . Search for Hydroxocobalamin acetat and you see what they have in stock They have 1mg ampoules in 1ml or 2ml ampoules . I use 1 ml . You can buy in 10s and 100s . P&P costs are the same . Much cheaper to buy in bulk and they have a long sell-buy date of over 2 years .

Yes I had my first box of B12 from b12d it does take 3 to 4 weeks as they have many demands upon their resources and much of the capital comes from the charity trustees who fund the project. They are excellent and hold monthly meetings and coffee mornings to fund raise, I feel I cannot ask them to subsidise my b12 so I order from Germany now but they will send it free to you.

My first lot of b12 was from him and I made a donation. It did take a few weeks to receive it as they were having difficulty sourcing it at the time. This was a year ago. I believe they only send to people who has either spoken personally to Dr Chandy, or who has an email from him that confirms you need b12. I had spoken to him on the telephone and he confirmed things by email. I then needed to let them know this on the order form. No confirmation from Dr Chandy meant you wouldn't be put on the list. Resources are very tight. Once I realised that it was working for me, I started to buy my own from Germany, leaving his resources more free for others.
