We are currently spending time in southern Spain where temps are in the mid 30s. My symptoms seem to be worse and I am wondering if it is the heat. Has anyone else experienced this??
thanks in advance.

I have found the exhaustion is worse after
I find I'm very heat intolerant. I wonder if it's due to nerve damage as I know someone with MS (in which the nerves are affected) who really cannot stand heat at all and will get very ill from it.
One of my main symptoms is breathlessness and it is this I am struggling with at the moment. I had really got into a good routine before we came south and was having minimal problems. As the heat is the only thing that has really changed I am wondering if it is this??
Yep.
I feel it helps a little to turn the shower knob down to cold for a few minutes with each shower when I am in a hot place, give the nerves a break from the heat. Not pleasant for those few moments though.
