after posting my results here,one of you lovelies suggested I need an intrinsive factor test

I started supplements the day after my blood was taken

should I stop before this other test?

and if so,for how long?

yes you should stop - how long depends on the method being used - for some it only needs to be 24 hours - but generally stop for a week to 10 days to be on the safe side - as per pinned posts
