Hi I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency in August my levels were 143. I've been getting injections. I also have folate deficiency. I'm really struggling at moment. Feeling so tired and down. Also heart palpitations and dizziness. I have been getting chronic mouth ulcers for 6 years every day. Is this linked with b12 and folate deficiency?.

mouth ulcers can be a symptom of B12 deficiency. What treatment are you receiving for the B12 and folate deficiencies?
