"What should I be doing please?" Flower5567 presenting your list of symptoms and test results to your doctor and asking to be treated for Vitamin B12 and Folate deficiencies in accordance with the N.I.C.E. guidelines (see link below) as you have all the classic symptoms.

google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j...

Click on the link, then on "Scenario Management" and scroll down to "Treatment for B12 deficiency"

I am not a medically qualified person but there others on here who will give you further advice.

You should be getting your doctor to treat you for low B12 and low folate.

If you are in the UK then you should be having loading doses of B12 for somebody with neurological symptoms: 1 mg intramuscular every other day until no further improvement in symptoms, followed by maintainence doses of 1 mg every 8 weeks.

Your folate deficiency is best treated with 400 ug of folic acid (get it from Tesco) a day.

Then your doctor needs to investigate the cause.

Agree with the others. You must get your b12 levels sorted. Are yoi being treated for pernicious anemia?
