Hi Natty91 I'm not medically trained but I know that sadly doctors will look at their screens, see the word "Normal" and dismiss the patients.

Both your B12 and Folate are "bumping along the bottom" - do you have any neurological symptoms?

As Clivealive states you are just getting by on these levels and if you have symptoms associated with b12 deficiency you should be asking for further investigation eg Iron ferritin and ask if can be tested for PA
