Hope you are taking a good multivit to add the other factors needed to process the b12. You could have a banana to give you a boost and/or get some b12 liquid type supplement to see if that gives you a better day. Lots use these when the off days hit.

Holland and Barrett do a b12 supplement that you spray into your mouth.

It may be worth giving this a go even though it's not as effective as an injection.

Bad days always make me feel hopeless and helpless about everything. But when i'm feeling good, I feel so hopeful! And the bad days are less and less frequent for me. I am in the minority on this forum as I do not do injections. I'll probably do injections eventually as part of my routine. I have tried many capsules, sublingual, and sprays. Most of them, even expensive ones, did not work. We are all different so who knows why what works for whom. If you're looking for some oral options to supplement your injections with, I'm happy to share what has been working for me. The most important one I take is Thorne B complex #12. I credit these capsules with saving my life. The other two are both Pure Encapsulations brand. O.N.E. multivitamin, which I take a few times a week, and adenosyl/hydroxy B12. I currently get all of these at a speciality pharmacy/health shop that has providers on staff, but I've seen them all online. They are not available in standard vitamin shops or pharmacies here (US). When I feel a bad day creeping in, I immediately take a few B12, often with a complex. I'm still figuring myself out, but I'm pretty good now at keeping the bad away. It just took a while to learn how much, how often, etc. With injections, I expect I'll be needing these all much less, which will be convenient (and save$$).

I'm new here and been on injections for less than a month! I'm glad/but not glad that other people get the same symptoms as myself! When the bad days hit I get really dispondant thinking that I can't have pa! That I am just what everybody tells me, that I'm lazy! My husband said to me yesterday that I needed to get some 'exercise' I was so angry with him, some days I struggle to just do my housework. I spent a whole day asleep, beacause I had attempted to do some gardening, so tired of being sick and tired!
