Sublingual spray: Hello everyone , has... - Pernicious Anaemi...
Sublingual spray
I have used it for nearly a year an I personally think it has helped me to think more clearly. Holland & Barratt have it on offer buy one get one free.
It has to be a personal choice to use as we are all different but I've had P.A. for 45 years and have felt a benefit.
As to how much B12 actually "gets through" is anybody's guess
Thanks Clivealive , I will get some for my husband and hope it helps in between injections , also thanks for advising me to ring mr .Hooper as he highly recommended a high dose sublingual spray as GP still refusing more frequent injections in spite of severe neurological symptoms . I hope the spray helps will let you know . Hopefully some will get through to him as 4 sprays a day of 1200 sounds hopefull πππ thank you for all your advice , it's very much appreciated .
I've recently given a spray to my 40 year old step-daughter Zoe who has had ME/CFS since she was in high school to see if there is any improvement. She's coming to visit tomorrow and I must remember to ask her - an extra spray may be called for
Do you know your husband's Iron and Folate levels as they work together with B12 to make red blood cells?
I've just ordered Misol B12 spray, expecting it today, it's not cheap but I heard some good reactions to using it...the way I look at it, it can't do any harm and might just give you the boost you need. Good luck.
My first experience of this spray was that it cleared the bursitis in my hip joint (which I'd had for over two years) in about 10-15 minutes. I thought I was imagining things at the time but it's never come back and I later found out that B12 was the "old" way of treating bursitis
hunny, that is interesting B12 was the old way to treat bursitis. Can you please elaborate on that? I have shoulder bursitis and would be very interested in this knowledge. Thanks
Hi anna4969 - The link that I had for this originally appears to have expired, however I have found a couple of US sites that detail doctors using B12 for bursitis:
Thank you so much for your reply Hunny59 , I will definitely try it as I think it's the one Mr Hooper mentioned in hindsight , at last may be seeing light at end of tunnel π€
Hi Clivealive , I hope the spray helps your step daughter . My husbands iron level is low , 11 , he takes iron tablets now which has helped his fatigue a bit , his folate level,is normal now as he's been taking multivitamins . Many thanks , don't know what we'd do without this forum
Incidentally Clivealive , my sons friend is 31 and has had ME for a very long time , I will suggest he tries the spray , thanks for the idea π¬
I use this spray too in between injections and find that it helps with both fatigue and brain fog. I carry it all the time in m handbag ππ
I use this spray between jabs....i use more than the recommended 4 sprays daily and have no side effects. I have 8 weekly jabs, b12 boost spray andSolgar B complex tablet daily. It all helps but i still feel I need my jab after about 6 weeks as the usual PA symptoms return! Hope it helps!
Thank you Laura 1961 , yes he's been using the spray and it seems to have helped a bit so far , he also takes more than 4 a day , his 10'weekly injection due on Wednesday at long last , it's been a long painfull 10'weeks .
