Blood results advice please

I have had an underactive thyroid for 10 years + and am currently on 100mg of levothyroxin, and have just had my first blood results for B12 and Folate

B12153 ng/L 180 - 700ng/L

Folate 5.9 ug/L4.6 - 18.7ug/

It was suggested I post for advice on this site, I have an appointment with an endo.. on Friday

you need to put together a list of symptoms - from results above more than likely you are B12 deficient and your folate levels aren't great

pernicious-anaemia-society....

also familiarise yourself with standards for treatment - read pinned posts. You could discuss with endo but they tend not to be specialists in B12. Probably wants to look into the possibility of hashimoto's though.

I think it might help you to find a tick list for B12 symptoms and use that. I didn't realise the tinnitus I'd had for several years was a B12 def symptom. It was one of the first to disappear when I started injections. I didn't realise I had so many symptoms until I looked at a list of possibles.
