Glad you are on your journey to wellness. Your Folate is good so it should work well with the B12 injections. I believe the LOW B12 must be diet related as you are a veggie :-) - or have I confused you !!

Your Thyroid results look fine and your anti-bodies are only just above the range. Are you taking Selenium ? - sorry have not had time to re-read your posts.

Do hope you are feeling better.....

Yep that's me , u remembered , I eat fish. Strange how it's only just happened I've been eating this way for 30 years! Since that panel my. T4 has dropped to 11 and tsh has come up a bit. Yep taking Biotech folic acid 5 mg now and high potassium foods, plus selenium. I thought my ferritin could do with being over 70? And considered a Vitamin d suppliment. I'm on my 6 loading injection and have to say I think I'm feeling a bit brighter. How long did u take to pick up with B12 ? X

I really cannot remember specifically as I started T3 around the same time - and have always considered both to be of equal value in my journey to wellness. I really should have started them individually - but hey that's hindsight :-)

What do you think has caused your FT4 to have dropped ? Do you need a dose increase ? Absorption ? Thyroid not producing so much T4 ....

Yes they often say Ferritin around 70 - or halfway through range. Maybe have a tonic containing iron from time to time.

Keep a diary of your symptoms once you have finished your loading doses - in case you need the injections more often than your GP allows ....

Well the dr is only allowing me 3 injections ( one a month) so I'm doing my own loading and keeping a diary for my records. Funny because I had t3 and was taking it but started to get dizzy spells and heart pounding. Assumed I didn't need it but it seems that was B12 symptoms. So I may in the new year start taking again. My dr won't increase Levo - I've asked her! My new dr which allowed the B12 in the end seems good, she'll re test B12 and thyroid too. I'll humour her as I know there's no point testing B12 again. Il get some iron then, with everyone's support I finally feel I'm getting somewhere so thank u πŸ’

True, but keep an eye on your thyroid, and if you feel symptoms get another test in the future.
