Update. Drs today for injectins

Hi guys

As some of you know I've been having a battle to get B12 injections. Went back and saw 4th dr today and she said "yes" as my intrinsic factor was negative she's agreed to monthly for 3 months and see how I'm feeling.

My result was 162 for B12 with many symptoms , I've been advised to self inject in between once I've had my first one. What do people think?

Glad to hear you finally got one of them to listen. I`m still hopeful that my 4th GP of the surgery will be the same once my results come back.

What? No loading doses? It might take more than three months for levels to get up to where they should be.

I've been advised to self inject in between once I've had my first one.

I'd be very tempted to give myself the loading doses. Then stick with her regimen and see how things work out.

Can you recommend syringes / needles and where to buy from.?

I'm finding it confusing

I want to subcut not intramuscular ...

Any help would be appreciated.

First injecting Monday so if I order today I can hopefully go every other myself in between . For 2 weeks? That right?
