Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the word 'sprache' you'll see a set of flags. Click on the Union Flag and most of the site will be in English.

'search' will need to have the German entered. 'B12 ampullen' is a good option. Be aware that 'trinkampullen' are for drinking, not injecting. Also, check the images to see if you're ordering hydroxocobalamin or cyanocobalamin.
