Yes, some might say they are too much and that you're paying a lot of money for very healthy, brightly coloured, expensive, pee. A. Lot of what you're paying for will just get thrown straight out by your kidneys.

I would swap it out for Tesco Effervescent Vit C tablets plus their multi-B pills.

Oh, you might want to add 400 ug of folic acid and Solgar Gentle Iron.

Looks fine to me from content, but can't say anything about the quality, don't know the brand. In general I'm not such a fan of multi's. With taking extra vitamins it's depends a lot on if you have more absorption problems than B12 alone, what levels are, and how your diet is. Often just folate is already enough, or folate and iron, or just a B-complex. It's a bit of trial and error, see what works for you. In general I could say to take vitamins from companies that have making vitamins as their core business. And as little added stuff as possible (flavours and additives etc) So if I have to say anything: buy vitamins from reputable vitamin-making-companies. Quality over quantity.

Can I ask why iron should be added?

Not should, could. Depends on the level. But many people with PA have also low iron.
