I used to get bright yellow wwe when I had the b12 injection but it's not as bright now... I am going to see if the GPs injection is what causes it in comparison to my si injections... Not too alarmed just curious... 😊 πŸ’‰

B12 can affect the colour, but only at high doses. Some people will tell you that the colour depends on various woo-woo rubbish and your stress levels.

The colour will vary depending on what you eat and drink and how much you sweat. Temporary variations are perfectly normal.

Mine too! I assumed it was the supplements I am taking as it didn't happen with my loading doses from the doctor, but happened later when I started self injecting and taking supplements.

I don't know anything about the effects of B12 injections and/or supplements on the colour of urine, but I do know that vitamin B2 (riboflavin), which is found in B Complex supplements, makes urine go really bright neon, fluorescent, luminous yellow.

hmmmm hoping it's b12 and not a mix GP is giving me... I'll soon find out, as I have my 4th injection from them tomorrow but I've been self injecting in-between these 4 spaced out shots.... I'll update Saturday 😊 πŸ’‰
