I don't believe that there is a specialist for Pernicious Anaemia in the whole of the U K . This condition is pretty well ignored by the NHS. The pharmaceutical trade is not interested because the treatment simply involves vitamins which cannot be patented, so no big bucks can be made .

sadly I agree with Wedgewood - I have tried to find a specialist with no luck whatsoever.
