It's on the list of symptoms. Do you know your B12 level - is it low? Can't hurt to try if you have ruled out hearing loss through a consultant etc... And you could google for any scientific papers to see if there is any research/evidence... 😜🍀

Only if your tinnitus is due to low B12. Like Boozybird (great name) says, get tested for B12 and other possible causes of tinnitus.

Only time i noticed mine had gone was after loading, but it soon came back. It was one of the earliest things that i just learnt to live with pre diagnosis.

My tinnitus goes away about 90% of the time since I started the b12 injections. The 10% of the time that it is still there it is much less loud. It's a miracle. Ears have been ringing for 13 years now. When the tinnitus gets louder, I know I need another injection. It's my built in early warning system! Hope it helps yours, too, it's an awful thing fyi have to live with.

Hi,

I used to have two types of tinnitus..high pitched whistles and tones and a pulsing sound. Since taking b12 the high pitched noises have gone but I'm left with the pulsing noises which i think is an indication of permanent nerve damage. If I go more than a couple of days without taking B12, the high pitched tinnitus comes back.

I wonder if audiologists could be helpful in helping to diagnose B12 deficiency? Do they know that tinnitus is a symptom of b12 deficiency?

Read the Medical Medium by Anthony William. He says the cause of tinnitus is the Epstein Barr Virus and one of the cures for it is B12 plus a few more.

I have EBV and another of the symptoms is low stomach acid =acid reflux. I've been following his protocol for it with celery juice for about a week and the acid reflux seems to have gone.

He also says that he talks to ghosts. This is woo-woo nonsense of the highest order.

His site also claims (my words) that he is not affiliated to the products he has so many Amazon links to. Technically, he would appear to be very heavily affiliated with Amazon rather than the products. Not many would care too much about the sophistry there. He makes money from his vast number of links.

Yup. It's called 'clickbait'. There's a lot of sites people post on Facebook that have a titillating headline but when clicked on has a boring video of a cat and 288 adverts.
