quite a lot of people have problems with magnesium causing diarrheoa

sorbitol is an artificial sweetener - mannitol may be the same ... and some artificial sweeteners can cause problems, though I don't remember sorbitol being mentioned - and the levels used in studies are going to be much higher than the amount in the tablet.

I found Metabolics Labs brand to be free from fillers.

There must be something in there apart from the methylcobalamin. 5mg is very small (about 8 grains of sugar) so that would make a very small tablet.

Yup, it contains cellulose.

They have drops with just water though.
