I get my B12 from Germany - versandapo.de/article/searc...

And the rest from Amazon -

2ml Syringes - amazon.co.uk/2ML-PLASTIPAK-...

Green needles (for taking up the liquid) - amazon.co.uk/Sterile-Single...

Blue needles (for the actual injection) - amazon.co.uk/Sterile-Single...

Sterile swabs - amazon.co.uk/Alcotip-Isopro...

Company called proximity via amazon £23 for 100 of each--syringes, blue needles, green needles, swabs and 2 sharps boxes. Delivered within a week.

I prefer to do subcutaneous injections into my tummy fat. You only need to use one needle to draw up and inject. I use insulin needles only 1/2 inch long also sourced from amazon uk. Easy peasy!

Does that method get it into your system as quick as intramuscular?

That sounds a better way if you are self administering the injection.

There are different schools of thought on that one. I suspect it may take longer but as I inject every other day there should be a build up in the system that gets topped up by the next one. I would say the majority of people I am in contact with do it subcutaneous because they don't like long needles and the trouble of using 2 but I'm sure lots would also disagree. You could always start subcutaneous with a view to moving to intramuscular when you get more confident.

You don't actually need to use two needles for intramuscular injections. The only reason I know of for doing so is as a precaution in case the first needle has been blunted during the drawing up process but I can't think why this wouldn't also apply to drawing up for a subcutaneous injection. Whatever, I have been doing my own intramuscular injections for over 6 years only ever using one needle (30mm/1.25 inch 23g) without any problems at all.
