Hi justsaying65. I get that an awful lot like when a baby first starts moving and it feels like fluttering. I also get what I can only describe as like s babies foot stuck under my rib cage. On the right side. Drs think your mad when you mention it or say it's wind. But I had a cat scan done before Christmas and I've got cysts in my liver so don't know if it's that. Sorry not much help but you are not going mad loads of us PA patients have it.
That is so weird! I have the same sensation. It feels just like when your baby moved or kicked. Being 66 yrs old it was freaky to feel that sensation again.I know the difference between palpitation and this sensation so I know it is not palpitations. I have no idea what it is. I had never noticed it prior to treating with Methylcobalamin 1000mcg IM for recently diagnosed
B12 deficiency. It doesn't worry me it is just so strange
Hiya I'm having investigations at the moment for the same thing I thought they were more like palpitations...seeing my doctor tomorrow hopefully with my results of an ECG I had done last week, the only thing is I was only there for about 10mins and didn't feel the butterflies the nurse said that's sometimes the way it goes...I'm thinking now that when I do go and see the doc she'll just think it's stress or drinking to much coffee related....I will let you know what the doctor says about my results....I watched Holby City on Tuesday of last week and there was some one on the with the same problem but they monitored her heart for a good couple of hours and came back to say that she had an irregular heart rhythm that they needed to investigate more...hope this helps...☺️
Wrong side for palpitations with me!
It's strange, I rang my gp's was told to monitor and if continues well look into it.
Hope you get it sorted out Hun... I Got alittle scared when I started having these flutters to I'm getting them a lot more regular still awaiting my results... Mine are in the middle of my chest.. ☺️
I get those and have been told its IBS. Do what you can to nip them in the bud as they will only get worse. After a B12 shot that feeling is the worst for me, leaves me moaning and shaking with pain in bed. The nerves in our gut are called the "second brain" and I think they are often affected by a B12 deficiency. When they are misbehaving you can end up with either diarrhea or constipation.
Hi I've just experienced the same symptoms as you for several weeks now ..when I sit up I have flutter or pumping sensation under right ribcage but lying down it seems to move to my tummy area ...it feels like a baby kicking but I'm 63 and had hysterectomy so not pregnant also B12 deficient ..not painful but annoying and confusing as to what it could be..!!
I'm also experiencing the same thing but, I'm only 33, I have never been diagnosed with anything, I was hoping to find some answers on what this is but, seems, no one knows
