Question re hydroxy

Just been injecting 1ml of hydroxy B12 once a week. I keep developing spots below the knees on the calves. Is this something to worry about?

Thanks.

Is it something that happens after the injection and then disappears quickly ... and is it getting worse?

Doesn't sound like this is anything to do with injection site - alcohol wipes can cause problems.

It may be that you are seeing your body getting more efficient at fighting problems as a result of the supplementation.

If you are worried about the rash then I'd suggest trying to see the doctor about it ... they tend to be much more comfortable with something tangible like a rash :)

It always happens about 24-hrs after the injection. It typically lasts 3-5 days, and clears up. Not really too worried, but wondering what's going on.

I'll just take it once in a while, and hope for the best!

Thanks Gambit.
