Hi, Is anyone else unable to access the goldpharma.com site? It was fine yesterday but today the front page is a declaration saying US customers can no longer purchase etc. I am then unable to progress anywhere else on the site. The issue is I am in the UK and not the US! I do not have a login ID.

Apparently click on the forgotten password and it takes where you need to go I have yet to try it . x
Many thanks for the reply but sadly does not work. I am asked for my email address which it cannot find as I have not previously registered! Anyone else seeing the unable to send to the US page? Its very strange!

I would usually buy from goldpharma, but I found new one. I'm very happy with
Their customer service is fantastic, price is awesome and I received my orders within a 3-5 days.
There are many products and they happen to carry what I use.I would give them 5 out of 5 stars.
I asked Goldpharma what the problem was and received this reply:
"Unfortunately, despite being a wholly legitimate pharmacy service based in the EU, due to new regulatory requirements drafted by the US credit card brands, in truth principally designed to protect the US online pharmacy market share and drug prices, companies like Goldpharma must implement significant system modifications in order to stay compliant with recent rule changes relating to the regulation online payments using Visa credit/debit cards for pharmaceuticals or provide alternative secure payment methods such as bank transfer and e-wallet. Our management is currently determining the feasibility of implementing the changes demanded by the credit card industry which are exhaustive and bear no relation to payment or service user security. Regrettably this has resulted in an unavoidable temporary disruption of our services while the work is undertaken for which we sincerely apologise. Our executive and technical teams are working on a solution to the current payment problem and we hope to restore our online services as soon as possible. However, at this time it is not possible to be more specific. In the event of any further enquiries please contact us at your earliest convenience."

I source my injectable B12 from mycare.de - may not be affected in the same way. The site has an english version but the translation isn't complete in all areas which can make things a bit difficult and you may have to call on a dictionary ... but here's hoping that goldpharma sort themselves out quickly.
I'm going to throw these guys back in the ring. They are UK based. Do Methyl, Hydroxo & Cyano in Injection, sublingual and nasal and have always worked great for me.
I know two people on here have not had a great experience with them in the past but the level of feedback they have on e-bay now speaks for itself so you dont have to take my recommendation.

Didn't people say they weren't a genuine organisation, took money and didn't send the product? I'm not saying this is true, just what I think I remember people saying. If they are genuine they sound like a good resource.
Two people came on here with legitimate complaints about not being sent stuff they ordered. They got refunds. I think the company had issues with Methyl supply some time ago.
There current e-bay feedback is V good if you have a look and they have always done well by me.
I'm not trying to sell them, but I dont want two detractors to pull down a good option for everyone else just because they had an issue months ago.
For anyone thats unsure I'd say get in touch with them and see where it goes.
I haven't tried this particular site, but there are a couple of sites (not B12 related) which tell me I'm 'visiting from the US' & I can't work out why. Checked PC settings & all seems ok.

It appears that pressure is being applied on credit card companies to stamp out the illegal and counterfeit pharmaceuticals trade but is also having the effect of penalising legitimate companies such as Goldpharma.
Thanks everyone for the replies and the alternative supplies I will have a look at them. The blog is interesting, It is easy to see the logic in trying to reduce the illegal sites but does seem it is being applied in a blunt fashion, therefore causing problems for sites such as Goldpharma. Reading the blog I seem to understand the use of VISA credit cards are the issue and shipping to the US, or is that too simplified a view? If that is the case hopefully Goldpharma will soon reinstate their site? I suppose economically it depends how much revenue the companies will lose if US is no longer a customer?

No number for me too! I am just hoping Goldpharma will update their site to allow European customers to purchase, it is such a shame the entire website cannot be accessed as the issue appears to be US customers only.

Update. Goldpharma now available again however it looks like payment only by bank transfer. I have asked them to confirm if any other cards permitted other than Visa.
I have used Amazon. De, which is in Germany and I'm very satisfied. Got everything including needles, prices ok 👌 and delivery in five days. If you use Chrome, it'll automatically translate it too.
