Numbness with Pins and needles

hi I been using P for a few yêars been injecting my self up till a month ago i had trouble getting my vein. Had a friend do me but has been going in my hands since that I have suffered from server pain with numbness and pins and needles.Is there anything other than saying to stop using i can try and repair the numbness etc please help as having trouble holding things thanks

why did you need to find a vein? We either do intramuscular, or subcutaneous.
