My GP says Well inside the range B12 Serum 155pg/L 130 -800pg/L ( Generous Range)

Asked about this and got a reply from 1 doctor 4 doctors agreed in the USA.

who remarked "skeptical at best. I'd be thankful for good health as demonstrated in your serum B12 and look for some other explanation for whatever symptoms/ signs you have"

On the other hand a Neurologist explains i am Low in B12 and should have the Homocysteine Serum

and Methylmalonic Acid test.

Family History PA and have some subtle symptoms scored over 16 + out of 66+ in the B12 online Test.

Your level is FAR too low..... You should be treated with injections if your level is under 200 as per the BCSH guidelines.

Have the tests. Good to have a baseline to know where you're starting from. You really are too low and should have treatment.

That is not a good or healthy B12 in any shape, manner or form. And absolutely you should get the MMA and Homocysteine. I don't know if you are in the UK or not, but to my knowledge they won't do those tests on the NHS - so I was told by my doc, but I am in Scotland, so may be different in England.

I had a grey zone B12, much higher than yours at 384, and I still got and get treated (with a fight, of course!). But I deeply regret now not insisting on getting the MMA etc done, so I would urge you to do them both, post haste. I think you probably need help.
