Anyone ever had oral formulations of hydroxo?

Yes I've tried sublingual hydroxo (5000mcg); however I found patches more effective. I'm now in the process of comparing with self injections but only had two so far, so bit soon to know yet.

methylcobalimin injection is the purest form of b12 and the best oral or patches as far as i am concerned are usless tried both

I have tried patches from Amazon, the strongest ones and they work fine. I am also on 8weekly injects.
