I got my uMMA result, and it was normal. But the creatinine level was very high. The uMMA result is still valid though, right? I just want to make sure the high creatinine didn't mess up the test.

It's the uMMA to creatinine ratio that it important, do you have a result for that?
"The MMA value is normalized to urine creatinine to correct for urine dilution. The urinary MMA/creatinine ratio (uMMA) test is more accurate than the blood test as it indicates tissue/cellular B12 deficiency."
