Don't understand all the abbreviations used above but yes, the symptoms could be B12 deficiency, caused by pernicious anaemia (inability/reduced ability to absorb B12 through diet). As you seem to have neurological symptoms the course would be loading doses every other day until you don't see any improvement and then, I believe once every 2 months per NICE guidelines - assuming you are in the UK. US (and other countries) will be different as they have a different form of B12 used in the injections there.

However, you may also have other conditions and these may not be resolved by the B12 injections but you don't have anything to lose - B12 is not poisonous. In very high doses - much higher than you would receive in loading shots - it is used to treat cyanide poisoning.

Most people find that it does improve things even if it doesn't cure everything.
