I have to share this moment in my time, a very brief moment but amazing.

I the other day having slept well for a change and not having dreamed anything that I can remember, I awoke feeling so blissfully happy that tears of joy were streaming down my face.

I can not convey in this ugly keyboard way how happy I felt at that moment before the real world came flooding in.

So happy for you that you were able to get some good sleep. Hopefully, you will continue to experience this often. As a caregiver for my husband, he has huge problems with his sleep but when he is finally able to get a good nights rest with 8 to 10 hours of sleep, he is on top of the world also. Just wish there was something to help PD people with the sleeping problem. Good luck and thanks for sharing your experience.
