Two miles into my bicycle exercise, I saw two dogs running and heard the owner calling them. I chased after them on my bike until they went across a yard, but I could see the street they were on and told the owner as he was running while I looped around. He followed as I went though an alley to the street. I went one direction, didn't see them, and started down the other direction telling the owner who just caught up they weren't that direction. Then we looked and saw them playing across the street with middle school students who just got out. By that time someone came to help with a car so he could put them in the car one at a time.
I finished my exercise with more energy than ever, especially up hill. This is what we need in our exercise, making a difference.
