I’ve joined the thiamine experiment. 4gm daily. It’s only been a week but a huge difference noted in my energy levels. I don’t have the overwhelming exhaustion in the afternoons. Also noted less jittery nesss as well. Early days. Tremor still annoying as hell.

Welcome Saraoutwest :-)

The daily dose recommended by Dr Costantini to RoyProp is 4 000 mg not 4 mg - I guess that's a typo, but just in case...

I received the B1 and will start taking it. My neuro, who is very open said try it but she should thought 4g a lot suggested I start with 1x day. What do u think. Also when do you take it? Thank you.

in reply to cshamb

B1 = thiamine HCL

Start at lower dose.

Excess B1 is passed out of the body.

2g breakfast - 2g lunch
