Yes, I took LDN for one year. It made no difference in my symptoms.

Almost 4 years. It is strictly a neuro-protective--so therefor there is no symptom relief per say. I would not go without. I also have DBS (3 years) so no tremor!!

I started at 3 mgm and have on 4.5, the recommended dose for Parkinsons. Read HONEST MEDICINE

Thanks for that. Does it depend on yr size. Without being intrusive are u average build etc? Here in oz it's v difficult to get a prescription and so tricky to know dosage. Thanks. I want it for myself approx 155lbs. So appreciate yr help

It caused me muscle cramps so I had to stop. Still worth a try cause it seems to help some people.
